We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our client who is a specialist in the manufacture of pastry aids and spices. We are looking for an Export Sales Assistant (m/f) to join our client on a permanent basis in Condom in the Gers.

As an export sales assistant, you will be responsible for recording and managing commercial agreements, drawing up customer HMP matrices, managing customer promotions, sales statistics and turnover declarations, archiving commercial contracts, customer data sheets, export trade fairs, customer reminders, management of outstanding receivables, upstream and downstream management of penalties and disputes (credit notes), relations with carriers/forwarders, documentation, export and customs files, as well as veterinary services and invoicing.

As a member of the team, you will participate in the development and dissemination of company policy, ensure compliance with policy objectives and may implement corrective and preventive actions. You will also be part of the crisis unit.

The position requires a good knowledge of ERP X3, MS Office and customs information. You will need to have a BTS type MUC and at least 1 year's experience in this position, and you must speak English.

The salary offered is between 2,100 and 2,300 euros gross over 13 months, with meal vouchers. The place of work is in Condom in the Gers.
