At Flexim interim, we are looking for an HR manager for one of our clients specialised in metal construction.

This interim position is located in Fleurance in the Gers.

As an HR Officer, your main tasks will be to

Define the profile with the department managers, distribute the advertisement, carry out a pre-selection and a first interview with a report.
Implementing the integration plan and drafting contracts.
Participation in school recruitment forums.
Establish the training plan and budget with the department managers.
Propose and implement skills development training.
Knowing about training organisations.
Seek funding.
Organise internal training.

In addition to these tasks, you will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of personnel management and the processing of payroll and social declarations in accordance with social legislation. Mastery of Excel is required for this position.

A competitive salary is given according to experience, as well as a bonus of 10% for IFM and 10% for CP. The contract is interim, but with the possibility of a long-term contract.
