Flexim, a temporary employment agency, is looking for a temporary nurse for one of its clients based in Fleurance (Gers).

You will work in one of our EHPADs in Fleurance or Lectoure. Under the responsibility of the health executives, you will develop and implement an individualised care project taking into account the needs, lifestyle and potential autonomy of the person and their personalised support project (PPA), provide preventive, curative, palliative or comfort nursing care, conduct relational care, in particular a relationship of help and psychological support with the person and their family, in close collaboration with the coordinating doctors working in the establishment.

To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate organizational skills, prioritization and coordination of care, respect for professional secrecy and ethics, rigor and professional awareness, responsiveness and autonomy, listening and communication skills, as well as a helping relationship with people.

The hourly rate in gross euros will be determined according to your profile.

Our client is a major player in the health sector in the Gers, with its various services spread over the towns of Fleurance and Lectoure, representing 472 beds and places. By working for them via Flexim, you will benefit from end of mission allowances and paid holidays increased by 10%, a mutual insurance company, as well as dedicated FASTT aid and services for housing, childcare and travel.

We also offer you the possibility of doing occasional or part-time work.

Working hours in 12 hours, i.e. 7am-7pm, 7.30am or 10am depending on the site.
