JOB: 1 HORSE UNIT TECHNICIAN in GIMONT - offer reference: A142-DCU-F99

Flexim Interim is looking for a Production Technician for a client who specialises in the manufacture of high quality bridges for all string instruments.

1) CUTTING OUT EASELS

. DECOUPER

- Using a numerically controlled machine, you cut out bridges for the violin, viola, cello and double bass families of instruments of all qualities, and other customised products.

- You are responsible for the development and evolution of programs and machining.

-You check the level of wear and tear on the support trays and propose a renewal schedule to the head of the rack units.

- You control the stock level of the cutters and propose renewals to the unit manager so that he can place orders.

2) TRANSFORM THE FIDDLEHEADS:

. PONCER :

- Using a lapidary-type sander, you sand the targeted crowns to a high standard.

- You are looking for the most homogeneous and longest possible mesh network.

. SAWING :

- Using a semi-automatic band saw, you saw the coils along the grid as parallel as possible to obtain a high quality insert.

- When the crown loses the mesh, you stop the sawing to isolate it in order to try to find a sawing parallel to the mesh.

3) SANDING OF ALL TYPES OF INSERTS:

. PONCER :

- Using a lapidary-type sander, you sand the targeted inserts in the top range for the instrument families violins, violas, cellos and double basses.

- You are looking for the most homogeneous and longest possible mesh network throughout the board in order to be able to classify it in the high end categories (EA, EDPA, EB, EDPB).

- Prior to treatment, you sand the bottoms of the NT violin and viola plates to match the growth years.

4) SORT OUT THE LOW-END WAFERS:

.SORT :

- You sort out the targeted low-end booklets for the instrument families violins, violas and cellos (EA/EB, EC, ED).

5) MACHINING WORKSHOP :

. SURFACE :

- Using an automated line with a vibrating bowl, a vision system and a spinner with a drive, you will supervise the machining of violin and viola inserts. The plates will be collected in boxes at the exit. You will write down the batch number.

- Using a router equipped with a driver, you machine the 2 sides of the cello plates, store them in a palox and record the batch number.

- Using a jointer equipped with a protection system, you machine the 2 sides of the double bass inserts, store them in a palox and record the batch number.

. CALIBRATE :

- Using a sizer, you thickness and check the wafers of all families. For the violin family, you rack the wafers so that they can be loaded by the sizer.

. ENTAIL :

- Using a notching machine, you adjust and notch the bridges of the violin and viola families.

6) SANDING, ALL FAMILIES OF TRESTLES:

. PONCER :

- Using a lapidary-type sander, you sand the bridges for the instrument families violins, violas, cellos and double basses.

- At the top end of the range (EA, EDPA, EB, EDPB), you are looking for a perfectly homogeneous and extremely long mesh network across the bridge.

- In order to improve the quality of the high end trestles, you "ice" the reference side.

- During this stage the research work is very diligent as it is the last stage of work before signature, i.e. the penultimate check.

7) PACKAGING OF TRESTLES:

. PACKAGING :
