Fléxim intérim is looking for a Works Supervisor for one of its clients, specialising in masonry work and located in Masseube in the Gers.

You will be responsible for the proper execution of the work assignments:

- Carrying out diagnostics and surveys of the building up to date with the plans,

- Preparing the work by organising and finalising the execution project,

- Make arrangements for the launch and execution of the site: DICT, implementation of the PPSPS, site safety and quality policies,

- Carry out the work (technical aspects such as execution documents, management of production resources, labour, materials, etc.),

- Maintaining relations with clients, the design office and the implementation teams,

- Carrying out financial management, drawing up memoranda and balance sheets for contracts on the docket, reporting on results,

- Close the work,

- Ensuring satisfactory relations with external (customers, service providers) and internal (support, control, cohesion) parties.

Position on a 35h or 39h basis.

Salary: 2560euros gross.
