FLEXIM intérim is looking for 1 VUI bodybuilder (M/F) for its client in Fleurance.

Reporting to the head of the bodywork workshop, and working in a team of 4 people, you will work in good conditions (small team, all tools, personal cash register, work clothes, changing rooms, restaurant and rest room...).

You will be responsible for repairing the bodywork of HGVs and commercial vehicles that have been involved in accidents (cabs, glazing, bodywork, equipment), and for fitting new or second-hand equipment and fittings.

Activities and tasks

- Checking deformations of a vehicle / interventions on structural elements,

- Replace, adjust and set all types of components (removable / welded / glued / crimped...)

- Reshaping bodywork components

- Remove and reinstall mechanical components, trim elements (dashboards, etc.) and electrical and electronic components required for the work to be carried out

- Repair of composite elements (refrigerated boxes)

- Replacement or repair of all glazing

- Repair of tarpaulins

- Surface preparation and painting

Job characteristics

- Schedule: 8am-12pm 2pm-6pm: 35 hours with 5 hours overtime

Recommended profile for the position :

- Technical skills :

- Disassembly/reassembly of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components

- All bodywork operations on steel, aluminium, wood, plastics......

- Steel and aluminium welding

- Sandblasting

- Laminating composite materials

- Puttying/sanding/painting

- Personal skills : Autonomous, Punctual, Rigorous, Organised, Team player, Service minded,

Required work experience: minimum 3 years in bodywork, preferably in HGVs/UTIs, but any experience in cars/worksite machinery/agriculture will be considered

- Training / diplomas : 

BAC Pro, CQP or equivalent in the field of bodywork repair
