FLEXIM intérim is looking for 1 industrial / light truck tyre fitter (M/F) for its client in Fleurance

Reporting to the workshop manager, and working in a team of 7 people, you will work in good conditions (small team, all tools, personal cash register, work clothes, changing rooms, restaurant and rest room...).

You will be responsible for the repair of standard tyre fitting and maintenance operations on HGVs, agricultural vehicles, civil engineering vehicles, commercial vehicles and also cars.

You will be autonomous in the organisation of your work: planning, work orders, fleet monitoring ....

Activities and tasks

- Mounting / dismounting / balancing of tyres

- Permutation

- Recreusage

- Return on rim

- Pressure control and compliance

- Control of the running gear

- Intervention in geometry

- Planning the activity

- Fleet management with IT support

- Customer service

- Basic maintenance of commercial vehicles

You will be required to work in the workshop and at customers' premises.

Job characteristics

- Temporary employment with the possibility of a long-term contract

- 35 hours + 5 hours overtime

- Salary for 40 hours: from 2200 euros gross + 13th/14th month depending on individual performance (quarterly bonuses + end of year bonus + gift vouchers + premium mutual insurance)
