The history of Sud Ouest aliment

Sud Ouest Aliment was created in 2008 through the merger of various cooperative groups: Maïsadour, Vivadour, Val de Gascogne and Gersycoop. The objective was clear: to become the leader in animal nutrition, thus enhancing the value of local production and guaranteeing the competitiveness of the animal production sector by bringing together the strengths of various entities. 

ADM joined the group in 2012, which strengthened Sud Ouest Aliment's position as market leader. Today, the group has 15 manufacturing sites with an exceptional industrial potential of 700,000 tonnes in the greater South-West and a turnover of around €355 million.
