The history of the company Qualisol

The cooperative was founded in 1929 under the name Coop de Lazarret. Over the years, it grew steadily with the creation of several small cooperatives which then merged to give birth to Qualisol more than 60 years later. With the creation of a poultry industry, the construction of a chick farm and investment in a slaughterhouse, Qualisol has become the leader in agriculture in the Tarn et Garonne. The various subsidiaries created, the organic production activities and the opening of 3 Gamm Vert village shops have made Qualisol a key player for farmers in the region. 

Qualisol's main activities are conventional and organic collections, supplies for cereal growers, fruit growers, wine growers, livestock farmers, market gardeners, agronomic services, processing and distribution of organic products, etc.

The Qualisol cooperative is a trusted partner of the region's farmers. It provides support by getting involved in the economic optimisation of their farms. This translates into personalised agronomic monitoring, good control of consumption, applications and tools, as well as quality sowing adapted to the terrain. Qualisol is also a company involved in environmental protection. It advises professionals on the use of phytosanitary products in order to preserve the agricultural heritage while reassuring consumers about the quality of the products produced by this agriculture.  

Qualisol has numerous depots spread throughout the Tarn et Garonne. Today, it is : 

• 18 local depots for collection and supply

• 6 large storage silos

• 7 temporary collection stations

The objectives of the company Qualisol Monfort 

The positions currently available on a temporary basis concern the Monfort site, between Fleurance and Mauvezin in the Gers. It is on this site that the demand for labour is greatest, as the cooperative has to cope with a growing number of members. The continuous development of this cooperative forces them to regularly call on temporary workers to meet the needs of the farmers.
